Select it’s first partition or the partition that you want to install windows on.
Are you sure they e975xbx2 not for external ports. Intel Boards like you to do that and it’s very important to them for some reason. Not to be, though.

The provided Floppies did not work; the floppy drive light was on after I hit F6 but not sat. That is about all I can suggest other than taking OH Smegs advice on doing the slipstream.
Don’t configure it to boot from this Sata drive. Maybe this is a clue or at least tonight’s project. I personally include the Product Ssta for XP and any service Packs that are not on the Install Disc and that way once the install starts it doesn’t require any input to monitor the install but I’m lazy.

At this point, I really think the trick is just getting the drivers loaded and working. Look in your manual it will tell you the other ports are for something else. Yeap the floppy is seen by.

Thanks for any ideas. So, what the heck? I have tried the F6 to load drivers; I used both the blue cable and the black drivers. Look on page 15 as well. The BIOS, it comes with two floppys and both are good. It comes with two floppies one for the blue connectors and one for the black. I tried a known good floppy drive and then a good cable. Locate your Sata Drive.
